As a practitioner in Interior design, my practice focuses on the concept of connection, building conversations between the audience and the narrative. The experience my audience have is essential in my works. There is concern towards emotions conveyed to communicate tactile qualities in materials.

 

My audience is usually the community firmly attached to the site, which bears the weight of memories, history, and culture. These spaces aim to present, record and remind people with stories lest we forget. The experience my audience have is essential. With particular properties of materials, the space acquires specific senses, creating a miscellaneous atmosphere. Experimentations with diverse approaches in other disciplines are integrated with interactions between the audience and the context. I would develop more to explore the balance between artistry and practicality, idealism and reality.
